Java

Java is an object-oriented programming language with a built-in application programming interface (API) that can handle graphics and user interfaces and that can be used to create applications or applets. Because of its rich set of API’s, similar to Macintosh and Windows, and its platform independence, Java can also be thought of as a platform in itself. Java also has standard libraries for doing mathematics

.Net

.NET is an integral part of many applications running on windows and provides common functionality for those applications to run. This download is for people who need .NET to run an application on their computer. For developers, the .NET framework provides a comprehensive and consistent programming model for building applications that have visually stunning user experiences and seamless and secure communication.

ns-2

Ns is a discrete event simulator targeted at networking research. Ns provides substantial support for simulation of TCP, routing, and multicast protocols over wired and wireless (local and satellite) networks. Ns began as a variant of the REAL network simulator in 1989 and has evolved substantially over the past few years. In 1995 ns development was supported by DARPA through the VINT project at LBL, Xerox PARC, UCB, and USC/ISI. Currently ns development is support through DARPA with SAMAN and through NSF with CONSER, both in collaboration with other.

Android

Android is a Linux-based operating system designed primarily for touchscreen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablet computers. Initially developed by Android, Inc., which Google backed financially and later bought in 2005,Android was unveiled in 2007 along with the founding of the Open Handset Alliance: a consortium of hardware, software, and telecommunication companies devoted to advancing open standards for mobile devices.

Matlab

MATLAB is a high level language and interactive environment for numerical computation, visualization, and programming. Using MATLAB you can analyze data, develop algorithms, and create models and applications. The language tools and built in math functions enable you to explore multiple approaches and reach a solution faster than with spreadsheets or traditional programming languages such as C/C++ or JAVA.

C / C++

C is a programming language originally developed for developing the Unix operating system. It is a low-level and powerful language, but it lacks many modern and useful constructs. C++ is a newer language, based on C, that adds many more modern programming language features that make it easier to program than C.
